3. RATES

All rates are in the currency specified each time. The rates are subject to changes due to currency fluctuations, the increase of VAT or of any other taxes. Any such increase/decrease will automatically affect the published rates. The valid rates for any service booked are as published on the viglaki-house.com website at the time of reservation.

4. PAYMENT TERMS

Payments for the services chosen and agreed on must be done as displayed within this website and/or system.

5. CANCELLATION

We know that there are cases of emergencies and things doesn’t always work as planned. We will try our best to find another booking to fill the space and give a full refund in such emergencies. In the case that we are unable to find one, then the below rules apply.
ln case of cancellation 30 days before arrival the deposit is paid back to the customer. For any cancellation less than 30 days before arrival the full deposit is charged. In case of cancellation during the stay, a 50% compensation of the remaining days originally agreed is due and payable by the customer.

6. RESTRICTION OF LIABILITY

viglaki-house.com will not be liable for any damages or injury caused by, including but not limited to, any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation of transmission, computer virus, or line failure.

viglaki-house.com will not be liable for any damages or injury, including but not limited to, special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials in this website, even if there is negligence, or if viglaki-house.com or an authorized viglaki-house.com representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages, or both.
